Coming from a humble background, I have been in the corporate for ~15 years with experience across popular MNCs like Cisco Systems, Accenture Strategy, Salesforce, UiPath and Wipro.

I am a certified ICF coach and very passionate about helping individuals become more self aware!

In addition I am an ardent guitarist/singer and love to jam along with fellow musicians

First signs of struggle...

With the onset of Covid and being in the same company for significant number of years, started questioning my purpose and the approach I was taking towards life. A sense of comfort was triggering the thought that something doesn't seem right. In haste, I decided to have a change in workplace with the hope that change in setting would bring some new light

My manager notices the struggles in my thought process and takes me through a journey of self awareness through a series of coaching sessions. I could understand the reason why I was lacking satisfaction with the way things were with the knowledge of my underlying values. With insights into my saboteurs I got a better justification for my behaviour patterns

An awakening with guided Self -Awareness...

In 2021, when I got back into a leadership role, I started applying some of the coaching principles acquired from my coach and started seeing dramatic results within no time. This got me thinking to pursue a professional certification with ICF

Discovering a passion for coaching ...

Coaching Journey starts...

Enjoying the way I have been available to touch lives of coachees (100+ hours and counting ...) while being able to practice the coaching principles on my regular corporate job
